Youth employment program
In partnership with the SGBS Unnati Foundation, e2E RAIL sponsors the UNXT Program to empower underprivileged youth across government institutions in Karnataka. This blended-learning program provides 200 hours of training over 33 days, covering Spoken English, Life Skills, Values, and HR-readiness to enhance employability. In the 2025–26 period, our sponsorship directly benefited 35 final-year youth, preparing them for the job market. Graduates are further supported with placement assistance through the Udhyogam portal and personalized SWOT reports via Swayam online self-assessments.
Iron Will – Powering Akhil’s Global Podium Journey
Under our sports CSR vertical, in partnership with the SGBS Unnati Foundation, we sponsor international powerlifter Akhil Rayan Ahmed, supporting his journey toward athletic excellence. Akhil, a five-year BBA LLB student at BMS College of Law, Bangalore, has demonstrated outstanding discipline, sacrifice, and determination. He has brought national pride by securing Gold at the World Championship 2023, the WRPF National Championship 2024, and the WPC World Cup 2023. Our corporate sponsorship fuels his elite training, structured workout planning, and competition costs, enabling him to perform at world-class levels
Ace in the Making – Reshma Maruri’s Championship Quest
Our corporate sponsorship proudly supports elite tennis player Reshma Maruri, who has dedicated over 12 years of training to represent India and Karnataka. Pursuing a BBA in Sports Management, she trains at the prestigious Rohan Bopanna Tennis Academy at The Sports School. Reshma was honored with the Karnataka government’s prestigious Ekalavya Award and has held the coveted No. 1 national ranking in both Under 16 and Under 18 categories. Her major triumphs include a Bronze Medal at the 36th National Games and multiple Gold Medals at the Khelo India Youth Games in both singles and doubles.

. Training at the Rohan Bopanna Tennis Academy, Suhitha has achieved the remarkable distinction of being ranked No. 1 in India in junior categories
. She has proudly represented India in international tournaments across Qatar and Uzbekistan and is a multi-time Gold Medalist at the Khelo India Youth Games
. Our support enables her to compete globally as she strives to win Grand Slams, WTA tournaments, and represent India at the Olympics.
Nalanda Girl Child Education & Learning Deficit Initiative
Sponsored by e2E RAIL in partnership with the NGO Saral Services, this initiative addresses post-COVID-19 learning deficits among students of Vidyapith Government School in Nalanda, Bihar. The project established six community learning hubs named Sadbhavana Swadhyay Sangha (SSS) to foster collaborative peer learning and self-study. Underprivileged students, primarily girl children, are supported through the distribution of study diaries, learning books, and interactive science kits. Monthly online meetings are also conducted to bridge educational gaps and ensure sustainable parental involvement.
