Mr. V. L. N. Sastry serves as the Dean of Academics at e2E Rail Village and acts as a Senior Adviser and Technical Consultant for e2E Rail. He is a retired Deputy Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer (DSTE) of Indian Railways, bringing a wealth of experience in railway construction and operations. Mr. Sastry also dedicated 16 years as a Professional Trainer (Associate Professor) at the prestigious railway signaling training institute, IRISET, in Secunderabad.
Mr. Sastry played a pivotal role in implementing the Thales Saudi Arabia North-South Railway Project as Training Manager for ETCS Level 2 systems. Since joining e2E Rail in 2012, he has successfully executed numerous projects and has trained many engineers and professionals within the railway industry.”
Yogendra Sharma
An expert in the railway sector with over 35 years of diverse experience, Yogendra Sharma has excelled in policy formulation, project development and execution, operations and maintenance, and marketing and sales. He worked for 24 years with Indian Railways in various challenging assignments. As the Managing Director of Kutch Railway Company, he distinguished himself by delivering a major PPP project of a 300 km line, commissioned six months ahead of schedule and within budget.
In 2007, he transitioned to the corporate sector and relocated to Australia in 2011 to lead one of the largest railway projects in Queensland.After returning to India in Sept’15 to work with Adani Ports, he successfully commissioned a 75 km line in Chhattisgarh.

Anurag Chaudhary serves as the Business Head of the B2B(Business to Government) division. He leads an experienced team of Project Managers located across India and manages the Project Management Office (PMO) of e2E Rail. Anurag is distinguished for delivering projects in some of the most technically challenging environments and working with clients who prioritize safety and environmental concerns. Additionally, he oversees the strategic growth, business development and operational efficiency of the B2B division, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions to our government clients like Indian Railways. A Civil Engineer by training and with 14 years of on site experience, Anurag has extensive expertise in delivering turnkey solutions across India.

Krishna Chaitanya serves as our Vice President of Finance & Accounting. He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant, bringing strong expertise in managing Finance and Accounting, Taxation, Bank Lending, and the business planning and budgeting efforts of an organization. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2012, he has been with e2E Rail, overseeing Financial and Accounting responsibilities, Statutory Compliance, Audits, Cash Flow Planning, Budget Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and Forecasting the company’s needs.

Tejesh Karampudi is the Head of Corporate Strategy at e2E Rail, leading initiatives that drive growth, digital transformation, organizational development, and operational excellence. With expertise in analytics, change management and strategic planning, he has a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Tejesh started his career in the Project Management Office (PMO) with Larsen & Toubro, building a strong foundation in process optimization and execution where he earned recognition as a four-time award winner, including three prestigious Delta Awards for driving transformative changes in the organization’s operations.
An alumnus of the prestigious IIT Bhubaneswar, Tejesh is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the prestigious IIM Kozhikode, Class of 2027. He is also the author of Fly : Excel VBA Demystified – A Non-IT Professional’s Guide from Zero to One, a book that empowers professionals to navigate technological transformation with confidence.

His extensive experience with eminent EPC and global engineering conglomerates such as Tata Urban Infrastructure, GMR Group, Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Nagarjuna Construction Group, Kalpataru (JMC Projects) Group, Leighton Asia and M+W Zander underscores his adeptness in managing HR functions in highly complex and dynamic environments.
Mr. Reddy’s vast expertise encompasses a diverse spectrum of sectors including EPC, construction, industrial infrastructure and the oil & gas offshore/onshore sectors. His strategic vision and deep industry insights have been pivotal in driving organizational success and transformation. Renowned for his mastery in strategic human resources, Mr. Reddy excels in statutory compliance, balanced scorecard deployment, employee engagement, leadership development, and the formulation and implementation of HR processes and policies. A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E.), he has built a distinguished career centered on Engineering Design, Technical Bidding, and Customer Relationship Management.
With over nine years at Kyosan-TSTS and three years at Hitachi Rail STS, Nambirajan has been deeply involved in designing and delivering advanced signaling solutions for complex rail networks. His expertise spans the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring precision and reliability in every project.

Mr. Mohammed Altaf Husain serves as Vice President of Product Development & Engineering at e2E Rail, bringing nearly four decades of unparalleled expertise in railway signaling. A licensed professional with the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) (License No: 0065179), he is certified as a Principal Design Engineer and Signaling Design Verifier and is also an accredited Workplace and Competence Assessor with IRSE London and IRSTELO Secunderabad.
With 21 years at Indian Railways, Mr. Husain played a pivotal role in commissioning advanced Relay Interlocking systems at major stationsand served as a Senior Instructor at IRISET, specializing in modern signaling and technology training.
His international career spans over 16 years, contributing to renowned projects like Network Rail UK Main Line, Western Australia signaling, Delhi Metro, MEGA Metro Ahmedabad, and WDFC. He has collaborated with industry leaders such as Siemens, Nippon Signal, and Hitachi India, excelling in project management and design verification.
Currently, he spearheads e2E Rail’s product development efforts, focusing on innovative hardware, software, and simulation tools for systems like Kavach (ATP), Electronic Interlocking, and Multi-Section Digital Axle Counter systems.
