Graduate of Sciences and Graduate of Engineering from Andhra University. Served more than three decades in Signal and Telecommunication department of Indian Railways . Attended “Training for Trainers” program of Manchester University, UK. Worked as Direct Trainer for 16 years in Indian Railway Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications. Served for 3 years as Training Manager for Thales in North South Railway Project of Saudi Arabia.
